The Democratic Committees of Orange, Culpeper and Madison counties will host a “Take Back the House!” Democratic dinner on May 31 at the Lake of the Woods Clubhouse.
U.S. Rep. Don McEachin of Virginia’s 4th Congressional District, will speak at the dinner at 6 p.m.
Ben Hixon, candidate for the Virginia House of Delegates from Virginia’s 30th House District will also be a guest.
Tickets are $50 per person with proceeds going to Hixon’s campaign.
The event begins at 6 p.m. with a cash bar. Dinner will be served at 6:45 p.m. and will include Virginia ham, Atlantic cod, red bliss potatoes, vegetable medley and apple pie. Vegetarian or vegan choices will be available on request.
